With more than 20 years of experience in customer experience, client retention, customer resolution, sales, and marketing for Fortune 500 companies, Donna understands how to make people feel heard, supported, and valued from the very first interaction.

Her background has given her a strong foundation in building trust, creating meaningful relationships, and guiding clients through important decisions with care and confidence. At TCB Therapeutics, Donna helps ensure that each client’s journey feels personal, organized, and encouraging — from the first conversation through ongoing support.

In addition to her corporate career, Donna has spent the past 10 years as a successful spin instructor, building a strong following and helping people improve their health, confidence, energy, and mindset. Her classes are known for being motivating, welcoming, and uplifting, especially for those who may feel nervous about starting something new.
